Green Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowls are my new favorite way to start my less hectic mornings. I feel a little more full than I do with regular smoothies. I get to sit down and slowly eat my food rather than just chugging my drink on the way out the door. On busier days, I throw my fruit and veggies in my Nutribullet then I'm out the door. Today, I had more time for breakfast so I enjoyed this yummy bowl of fruit and veggies.
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Honey (optional)
- Add 1/2 banana, mango, spinach, and coconut water to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into bowl and top with other 1/2 of banana and granola.
- Sprinkle chia seeds on top.
- Drizzle with honey for a little sweetness.
